A student claims someone raped her in a high school bathroom despite repeated complaints of sexual stalking and boys entering the girls room.
Courthouse News Service reports she has sued Carlsbad Municipal Schools, the school board, the superintendent, the principal, the assistant principal, and the teacher supervising the bathroom.
The accuser claims she and another girl repeatedly informed administrators of what she calls “highly inappropriate sexual advances” from another student.
She says the rape happened last year. She also says the assistant principal told her to “handle it herself.”
