Old planes making Roswell money

Roswell has made money thanks to airplanes on a tarmac.

And these planes may never fly again.

KOAT-TV counts 200 old planes at the Roswell International Air Center.

Airport manager Scott Stark says companies like the area’s climate because it prevents the planes from rusting.

They also like the space because of the airport’s old days as an air force base.

Four companies have hired over 200 employees to work here. The work provides the local economy with over $250,000.
