Report: Union involved in FLETC strike under investigation

The NLRB may have started investigating the union representing employees at the FLETC in Artesia.

The Current-Argus cites a news release from Omni saying the board sent an investigator to the training center last week.

The union represents 50 service workers who went on strike last month over disputes with Omni.

The strike began after the workers and Omni could not come together on a collective bargaining agreement.

If the investigation finds the union at fault, then the NLRB can sue it.
