RETIRED ROSWELL FIRE DEPARTMENT BATALLION CHIEF CHRIS MANN LOST HIS BATTLE WITH A-L-S LAST WEEK…HE WAS JUST 46 YEARS OLD. MANN SERVED THE ROSWELL FIRE DEPARTMENT FOR 20 YEARS…WINNING SEVERAL AWARDS FOR ROOKIE OF THE YEAR, PARAMEDIC OF THE YEAR AND THE LIFESAVING AWARD…BEFORE RETIRING TO FOCUS ON HIS TREATMENT. HE’S SURVIVED BY HIS WIFE, LORI AND THREE DAUGHTERS, AVERI, HALLIE AND REMI. A MEMORIAL SERVICE IS SCHEDULED FOR WEDNESDAY, MORNING AT 10 O’CLOCK AT GRACE COMMUNITY CHURCH IN ROSWELL.
