Ground Broken For New Carlsbad School

Education news in Carlsbad, where ground has been broken on Lea Street for the new 23.4 million dollar school that has yet to be named. Right now, it’s just being called simply School #3. School DIstrict Spokesperson Natasha Mackey told the CUrrent Argus that the facility will be able to hold just shy of 700 students and will combine Joe Stanley Smith and Craft. The new school is expected to be open by January of 2020.
