THE NATIONAL COUNCIL FOR TEACHER QUALITY JUST RELEASED A REPORT IDENTIFYING TWO STATEWIDE TEACHER EVALUATION SYSTEMS AS MODELS OF SUCCESS AND NEW MEXICO IS ONE OF THEM.
