The Eddy County MVD Artesia Office has updated hours of operation to Monday-Friday 8:30 A.M.- 4:00 P.M.
Face masks are required to be worn inside the lobby and office occupancy will strictly follow New Mexico public health orders.
Computer Tests: Monday- Friday 8:30 A.M.- 3:00 P.M.
VIN Inspections: Monday- Friday 8:30 A.M.- 3:00 P.M. (weather permitting)
Driving Test: Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday 8:30 A.M- 10:30 A.M. and 1:30 P.M.- 2:30 P.M. (weather permitting)
Motorcycle Driving Test: Tuesday- Wednesday-Thursday by appointment only (weather permitting)
