Artesia police are offering a cash reward for information that leads to the persons responsible for a rash of car break ins. Crimestopeprs is offering the 1-thousand dollar reward. On Tuesday of last week between 6pm and midnight, multiple vehicles were vandlaized at several different locations. Surveillance video shows a person wearing a gray hoodie appearing to slash tires.
