The Roswell City Council has scheduled a special meeting for Thursday at 5:00 p.m. There will be two items on the agenda. The first will be to consider the approval of a new lease of Building 500, the parking lot and grounds at the Air Center to the US State Department. The second item on the public agenda for this special meeting is to consider a lease agreement extension for the Sydney Gutierrez School.
