Roswell looking to make up $1.4M budget gap

Roswell faces a budget shortfall of $1.4 million.

KOB-TV has identified poor economic trends with the state’s gas and oil prices as one the culprits for this financial problem.

The state’s gross taxes serve as a general fund, and they pay for much of the city’s needs.

While the city conitnues looking for ways to make up the gap, it has not yet made any cutbacks on its facilities.
