Education leaders in Carlsbad have approved an application for more than 8 million dollars to come form the federal pandemic relief money to address immediate needs of schools affected by the pandemic. The funding is designed to help maximize in-person learning, sustain the safe operation of schools, and address the academic, social, emotional and mental health needs of students.
