All five Eddy County COmmissioners have signed a letter of appreciation to NMDOT officials for recent appropval of a 5.7 million dollar package to be applied to the county’s Southeast Loop project. This project is an integral part of improving traffic flow, road safety, and road conditions in Eddy County and the City of Carlsbad. Completion of this loop project will connect major highways with a bypass, diverting large and heavy vehicles away from the downtown area in the City of Carlsbad.
