A Roswell man was arrested late Thursday night and charged with the murder of another local man in a shooting incident that occurred in Thursday’s early-morning hours in the south part of the city. The shooting took place in the 300 block of East Bonney Street around 2:30 a.m. at a house where 44 year-old Tony Nacho Gonzales was living. Gonzales is charged with shooting 29 year old Jose Diaz once in the stomach. Diaz had been at his girlfriend’s house, which is also in the 300 block of East Bonney, when he walked to Gonzales’ house. The two men had also been together earlier that day.
