A local man has been arrested and jailed for a string of vehicle burglaries in Roswell. Police say 21 year-old Ryan Shipman was arrested on Saturday in relation to three of seven cases that were reported to RPD since November 3rd. All but one of the crimes took place in an area bordered by West Second Street, West Summit Street, South Sycamore, and South Wyoming. Investigators said they located much of the stolen property taken from the vehicles – at Shipman’s home.
