Houston Company Buys Natural Gas Processing Plants In Permian Basin

A Houston based oil and gas company has purchased natural gas processing plants in the Permian Basin. Enterprise Products announced the acquisition of Navitas Midstream Partners on Monday for 3.2 billion dollars. The deal includes about 1750 miles of pipelines and up to a billion cubic feet per day of natural gas processing capacity. This will be Enterprise’s first venture into the Permian Basin, one of the US’s most prolific oil and gas fields.
