Eddy County law enforcement – really trying to target violent crimes taking place in and around Artesia. The Violent Crime Suppression Unit hosted a multi-agency law enforcement Acessorial Impact Operation over one day last week, when police made five arrests on state warrants. Additionally, police discovered new information rgearding several burglary cases around Artesia that targeted multiple local businesses.
