The city of Carlsbad has been named a 2022 Tree City by the Arbor Day Foundation in honor of its commitment to effective urban forest management. The city’s tree board will hold a small ceremony at 4pm Tuesday in front of the pickleball courts off Park Drive. The public is invited to attend.
