A Roswell man is being held for his ninth drunk driving offense after allagedly fleeing the scene of an accident on Monday. Jail records show 14 criminal charges against 55 year old Ronnie Garcia. Polcie responded to South Meadow Brook and East Alameda for the report of a crash, but found the wrecked vehicle abandoned. Garcia was found in a nearby field, passed out. He appeared in court Wednesday to hear the charges against him, and is being held in the Chaves COunty Jail on a 20-thousand dollar cash bond.
