Five Artesia boys were arrested recently after polcie say they were shooting Orbeez guns in a city park. The pellet guns have caught national attention due to a TikTok challenge that encourages random shootings. Artesia poclie said the boys were aged 10 to 12, along with a 16 year old who were all shooting the guns at a girls soccer team as they practices at an elementary school two weeks ago. Two girls on the team were hit by pellets and a window on a building was shattered.
