The next phase of a street-improvement project on a section of West McGaffey Street will begin Monday, July 11. McGaffey will be closed from just east of South Union Avenue to Sunset Avenue, including the intersection of McGaffey and Union. The closure will take place each day from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. and the street will reopen at night. The project on this section of street is scheduled to last one week, July 11-15. Motorists are reminded to be aware of traffic control and detour signs in this area.
