Artesia Public Schools are launching a new anonymous reporting system in hopes of improving overall safety at school facilities. The program teaches students, teachers and administrators how to recognize warning signs and signals, especially on social media, of individuals who may be a threat to themselves or others. The program is being provided through the Sandy Hook Promise, a nartionwide nonprofit agency that was created in response to the Sandy Hook school tragedy.
