Eddy County Commission Chairman Steve McCutcheon presided over his final board meeting this past week. During the meeting, McCutcheon thanked his fellow commissioners, county staff and citizens for their support over the past few years. He had served as chairman of the board for the past two years. McCutcheon represented Sistrict 4, but decided against running for a second term. District 4includes parts of central, northern, and eastern Eddy County.
