We begin today in Alamagordo, where a liongtime city employee is identified as the victim of a deadly shooting there. Poclie said the shooting stemmed from a disturbance that broke out at Hanglider Park. The employee, identified as 42 year old Joseph Romo, was rushed to a local hospital, but he later died. The mayor confirmed that Romo was a city employee, but did not say what department he worked for. Police said they have identified teh shooter, but are giving no other information about a possible arrest or motive for the ordeal.
