Eddy Coujty is one of only three New Mexico Counties that saw median home prices go UP in the past month. The rest of the counties in the state have started to see home sale prices go down after a major uptick over the past year. The average price for a home in Eddy County is up about 14 percent compared to the same period last year, according to realtor.com. The other two counties that saw increases were Otero and San Juan. Back in Eddy COunty, the median home price now sits at just over 299-thousand dollars.
