A Roswell man has been captured and charged with the killing of his ex-girlfriend during a drive-by shooting in 2018. 45 year old Raymond Anthiony Lucero Junior was arrested at a home in the 200 block of East Deming Street last week. RPD made the arrest shortly after a judge issued a warrant in the case of 33 year old Tess Jauregui. The warrant also accuses Lucero of retaliating against a witness and four counts of child abuse. The shooting happened at the Sunrise Mobile Home Park in the 1200 block of West Hobbs Street in Roswell and police believe the incident was domestic violence-related.
