The United Way of Eddy County held their day of caring event on Sunday. Volunteer teams from local companies worked on projects all throughout Eddy County, including multiple projects in Artesia. For one of these projects, a team from ConocoPhillips painted three walls along 8th street. Additional projects took place at CASA, Haven of Hope, Written in Red, and Oasis Women’s Services.
