The city of Artesia has selected Sports Facilities Companies to manage and operate the aquatic center. The firm has already begun it’s transition. Mayor Jon Henry said the selection was made because of this firm’s national expertise in soiorts, recreation, and aquatics. Henry said Sports Facilities Companies has a strong track record of aquatic center operations and has demonstrated an ability to serve and partner with local government leaders to meet the needs and desires of citizens.
