The City of Roswell’s Keep Roswell Beautiful organization will help local
residents celebrate Arbor Day by again handing out tree and shrub seedlings for citizens
who wish to plant them in their yards or other properties.
The Arbor Day Drive-Thru Seedling Giveaway is scheduled for April 17 from 9 to 11 a.m. at
Cielo Grande Recreation Area (1612 W. College Blvd.). This is a free event that will offer
two seedlings per vehicle and tree- and shrub-care information will be provided. Also, a
planting-demonstration video will be posted on the Keep Roswell Beautiful Facebook page
and the city website. Seedling delivery to each vehicle will be contactless.
