Artesia General Hospital – announcing that Jose Gurrola has joined the administrative team as chief operating officer. Gurrola will be responsible for giving direction to strategic hospital growth, regulatory and compliance programs, sound financial management, medical staff, and other operational aspects. Gurrola brings more than a decade of healthcare experience, having held numerous executive and operational management roles, including serving as Director of Clinic Operations at AGH in 2016 and 2017. He was most recently the CEO and Hospital Administrator of New Mexico Rehab Center in Roswell.
