A traffic alert for Artesia residents. There are a couple of road closures coming up. First, construction north of 13th and Richey will close the southbound lane for pump station repairs. Another project involves Pecos Avenue and COmmerce Road, which will go down to one lane on Pecos Avenue in order to fix large potholes. And a third project involves phase two of the 20th Street Reconstruction Project, extending from south of Villa Drive to West Mann Avenue. 20th Street will close to all traffic.
