A 19 year old man now charged with murder in Roswell – has been arrested in Arizona. Daniel Flores was arrested Saturday in Glendale, Arizona, by a US Marshals task force. RPD had charged Flores with the killing on July 24th of a 15 year old boy named Damyn Rodriguez. The boy was gunned down at a home in the 1400 block of East Tilden Street. Two other teen victims were wounded, but survived the ordeal. A statement from RPD says Flores was captured as he exited his mother’s home in the Phoenix suburb. Extradition proceedings are now underway.
