The City of Roswell annual water, sewer and sanitation rate adjustments as established by city ordinances are scheduled to begin appearing on customers’ bills in November. The annual adjustments, established in city ordinances in 2013 (water and sewer) and 2020 (sanitation), are made to these rates to ensure the city has sufficient revenue to take care of
system maintenance. This year’s water and sewer adjustment is a combined increase of 4.1 percent, while the sanitation adjustment is an increase of 14.6 percent.
