A Carlsbad man already in custody on a murder and kidnapping charge could have more crimes tacked onto his rap sheet. 26 year-old Anthony Lee Olivas was arrested this past weekend in Carlsbad after a shooting in the 500 block of South Mesa Street Sunday night. Olivas was later found and arrested in Loving, according to a statement from the Eddy County Sheriff’s Office. Authorities have still not released the identity of the victim.
