Current Roswell food-truck operators, as well as anyone who might
possibly operate a food truck in the future, are urged to attend an informational meeting
that will be hosted by the City of Roswell Thursday, April 8. The meeting will take place at
the Roswell Adult Center (807 N. Missouri Ave.) at 9 a.m.
The meeting will present new permitting and licensing procedures and a discussion
regarding new regulations from the city’s Community Development Department and Fire
Department as they relate to the food-truck business in Roswell.
