New details in a bizarre threat case at the CHaves COUnty Jail. Sheriff Mike Harrington says Deputies, Roswell Pd, State Police, and ATF all responded to the jail in reference to man leaving a large metal tank in the lobby and making a comment about blowing the building up. As the man exited the building he pulled the fire alarm, and then drove off.. The building was secured for the State Police Bomb Team. The male suspect was located in a field North of the Detention Center and arrested. The cylinder tank turned out to be harmless.
