Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham has announced a new member of her cabinet./ Barbara Vigil will take over for Brian Blalock as the secretary for CHidlren, Youth and Families. Blalock is stepping down because his wife has taken a job in California. Vigil is 62 years old and has worked as a judge and lawyer in New Mexico for more than 30 years. SHe was elected to the New Mexico Supreme Court in 2012 and was chief justice for a short time before she retired.
