Two retired police officers are credited with helping to make a burglary arrest in Roswell over the weekend. Court documents showed 19 year old Ernesto Montano and brothers Marvin and Larry WInkles, all of Roswell, were apprehended and charged with burglary and conspiracy. Roswell Public Information Officer Todd Wildermuth is quoted in the Daily Record as confirming that officers had responded to a burglary in progress call on West Vista Parkway and that both of the retired officers were neighbors to the victim’s home.
