The city of Roswell now also putting out a notice to property owners about weed control. Carlsbad did something similar last week, and now Roswell says city workers have been mowing on city-owned properties. Citizens are stringly urged to do the same to control weeds on their properties in order to help prevent fires from getting out of control. Roswell code enforcement will send out notices to non local property owners with vacant lots, as well as local homeowners who are not in compliance with city ordinances.
