An Artesia woman is now in jail, accused of prostituting out her own daughter to her boyfriend. Jail records identify Karen Estrada as being held now for chidl exploitation. The crimes took place four years ago while the girl was about 11 years old. Estrada’s then-boyfriend, Kevin Clements, was arrested two years ago and is scheduled to go to trial next month. The girl ran away from her mothe’rs home in 2019.
