Man Wanted In Connection To Roswell Drive-By Arrested

A man wanted in connection to a drive-by shooting in Roswell has been captured. Justino Martinez was arrested Saturday night after a brief foot chase with police. He was wanted for three counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, two counts of child abuse, shooting at an occupied dwelling, and other crimes. Roswell Police say Martinez opened fire on a home in the 700 block of East 5th Street on February 7th. Three adults and two children were inside the home at the time, but nobody was injured. RPD learned Martinez was staying at a home in the 1600 block of West Alameda late last week.
