A traffic alert for you, starting next week. The 20th Street reconstruction project in Artesia will enter its final phase. Starting Tuesday, 20th Street will be closed to all traffic both directions from West Main Street to West Grand Avenue. Crews will be working on the new street pavement section. It’s anticipated that the closure will take about one month, weather dependant, of course. During this time, access to several businesses will be altered.
