Eddy County leaders are spelling out their building priorities over the next five years. The county’s infrastructure capital improvement plan was presented last week, which is designed to guide the priorities through 2031. At the top of th elist of improvements included… money for a new jail, county offices, and ongoing renovations at the historic courthouse building. The plan must still be approved by the full Eddy County Commission. Then it will be submitted to the state finance department.
