As a reminder, the city of Artesia utility billing department is in the process of updating it’s billing system to better serve the community. This transition has created a temporary delay in the normal billing process. As a result, your next two bills will each cover 45 days of service. These next bills will arrive on their normal schedule. The city of Artesia says it apologizes for any inconvenience this might cause.
