Artesia Police are investigating a shooting that took place at the ABO Apartments on north 10th Street. Officers responded about 5 in the morning on Tuesday for the report of gunshots being heard by residents of the apartment complex. Not much has been released, but officers quickly found the victim, who was rushed to Artesia General Hospital for treatment. Anyone who might have any information is urged to call 575-746-5000.
