The Artesia City Council has received an update from the IT department, which told council members that they have made progress in fixing computers at the public libraery. The IT Department reports that the computers may be back online in the next couple of weeks.
The council has also approved a change to the city’s election resolution. The change means that another seat from District 4 will be voted on in upcoming elections. This means that two council seats from District 4 will be voted on, in addition to one seat from the other three district and the office of mayor.
