The Roswell Science and Art Festival returns for a fifth year of all-ages fun and learning at the Roswell Convention Center from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 12. This free community event is presented by the Roswell Museum in collaboration with local and regional educational, science and cultural leaders. This year’s festival will explore the theme of land stewardship and the many ways we care for, utilize, and appreciate our New Mexico lands and waterways. During the event, visitors can learn about land and water conservation and management, farming and ranching, dark skies initiatives, outdoor recreation as well as experience some returning favorites like robotics and drones.
