This week (Oct. 3-9) is National Fire Prevention Week, a good opportunity to remind Roswell residents of some fire-safety tips, especially as the area will eventually head into the consistently cooler temperatures of fall and winter, times of the year when more heaters and other appliances may be used in homes.
