New details in a deadly crash that happned on Monday. new Mexico State Poclie say it happened in Roosevelt County when one driver lost control, flipping his vehicle on State Road 114 near Causey. The initial investigation indicates that at around 4:30 p.m. a 2011 Chevrolet four-door passenger car driven by 85 year-old Eva Lee Laverne, of Causey was traveling north on SR 114. For unknown reasons, the vehicle left the roadway, struck a tree, and rolled. Laverne was ejected from the vehicle and sustained fatal injuries.
