A message on the Artesia Polcie Facebook page says the animal shelter has been closed. There are no drop offs available. Picks ups must be arranged with animal control officers by calling dispatch at 616-7155. No adoptions are available right now. Artesia Poclie say they’ll post more informatrion as it becomes available and when the shelter reopens.
