Another round of COVID-19 at-home tests are scheduled to be goven out to Artesia residents. The handout event will be held on Saturday, March 12th at Jaycee Park from 10am to noon. The Eddy County OPffice of Emergency Management will be handing out the at-home COVID tests at no cost to residents. If you would like more information, you can call 628-5454.
